Our cattle are raised on pasture, free from hormones, antibiotics, or chemicals, ensuring you receive the highest quality beef with superior marbling and flavor.

We offer both grain-finished and grass-finished options to suit your preference. All pricing is based on the hanging weight (the weight of the beef before it is dry-aged and cut to your specifications.

Grain-Finished Wagyu-Angus

Our grain-finished cattle are slow-grown to 28 months and finished on USDA-certified organic grain from Reedy Fork Farms for exceptional marbling and tenderness.

Whole Beef – $10.00/lb (Approximately 700+ lbs hanging weight)

Half Beef – $10.75/lb (Approximately 350+ lbs hanging weight)

Quarter Beef – $11.00/lb (Approximately 175+ lbs hanging weight)

Our 100% grass-finished beef is raised exclusively on diverse, nutrient-dense pasture, ensuring a deep, beefy flavor with high omega-3 and CLA content.

    Beef is sold by the hanging weight, which is the weight before dry aging and custom butchering.   • How does ordering and payment work?
    1️⃣ Reserve your beef with a deposit: Whole Beef: $300 deposit Half Beef: $300 deposit Quarter Beef: $300 deposit 2️⃣ We raise and finish your beef, ensuring optimal quality. 3️⃣ Your animal is processed at a USDA-certified butcher. 4️⃣ You’ll customize your cuts (steaks, roasts, ground beef, etc.). 5️⃣ Final payment is due based on the hanging weight at pickup/delivery.
  • What’s the difference between grain-finished and grass-finished?
    Both are pasture-raised using regenerative methods, but they differ in finishing: Grain-Finished ($10-$11/lb) – Fed organic grains for the last few months for extra marbling, tenderness, and a buttery flavor. Grass-Finished ($8.25-$9.25/lb) – 100% forage-fed, producing leaner beef with a rich, beefy flavor and higher omega-3s & CLAs.
  • Why buy bulk beef instead of by-the-cut?

    Here’s a rough guide for storage needs: Quarter Beef: 5-6 cubic feet (~110-140 lbs of beef) Half Beef: 9-12 cubic feet (~225-275 lbs of beef) Whole Beef: 17-20 cubic feet (~450-550 lbs of beef)
  • How to Reserve Your Bulk Beef
    1️⃣ Place a Deposit – We require a $300 deposit for a whole, half or quarter beef . Deposits secure your order and are applied to the final cost. 2️⃣ Customize Your Cuts – Once processing time approaches, we’ll guide you through choosing your preferred cuts. 3️⃣ Pick Up or Arrange Delivery – Your beef will be ready for pickup at our farm or available for arranged local delivery.
  • How do I get my beef?
    We offer farm pickup and local delivery options. If you're outside our delivery area, we can help coordinate a third-party meat courier if needed.
  • How long does it take to get my beef?
    We process limited numbers of cattle per season, so pre-ordering is recommended. Once your beef is scheduled for processing, expect a 4-6 week turnaround for dry-aging, cutting, and packaging.
  • What cuts will I receive?
    Your bulk beef order includes a mix of premium steaks, roasts, and ground beef, plus optional specialty cuts. Typical selections include: ✅ Steaks: Ribeye, NY Strip, Filet Mignon, Sirloin, Flank, Skirt ✅ Roasts: Chuck, Rump, Sirloin Tip, Eye of Round ✅ Ground Beef & Patties (custom % lean-to-fat available) ✅ Short Ribs, Brisket, and Stew Meat ✅ Bones, Fat, and Organ Meats (optional, upon request) You’ll have full control over your cut selections!
